Here you will find delicious ANGUS beef products, ranging from minced meat, steaks, various grilled sausages, salamis, hamburgers to Dry Aged T-bone steaks. Our butchers: Karl-Heinz Klaes (Ralingen) and butcher Wietor (Beaufort) Fresh vegetables from the CSA garden, farm eggs, apple juice, honey, but also processed products like jams, sauces, and soups. Specialty: Quetschekraut (plum jam), cooked for 8 hours in a copper kettle with very little sugar and a wonderfully aromatic taste.
